The Imodesenvolvimento Fund is a Closed Real Estate Fund established in October 1993 for a period of 10 years and has been successively renewed for periods of 5 years.
During this period, the fund was managed by IMOPÓLIS and constituted an asset portfolio composed of buildings and land with different uses and potentialities.
Over this period the fund has been able to maintain excellent returns through the development of a strategy based on land acquisition and the construction of office and warehouse buildings which are then leased and have an excellent success rate.
More recently, the fund has been focusing its activity on income asset management in which we seek a mixed income and value creation strategy associated with “core” funds.
