Imopólis – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Imopólis“) strives for an organisational culture of transparency, based on the highest ethical standards of conduct. To this end, it has set up an Internal Whistleblowing Channel which, guaranteeing anonymity and confidentiality of communication, allows all employees, members of corporate bodies and service providers to report irregularities and infractions of which they are aware. Imopólis intends to reinforce the role that its employees and stakeholders have in ensuring the integrity and legality of all its procedures by implementing an Internal Whistleblowing Channel, which will be governed by the basic principles of confidentiality and zero tolerance for any act of retaliation, as well as all the provisions that will follow, guarantees that are considered essential for the protection of Whistleblowers.
The internal rules and procedures for receiving, processing and dealing with reports of Infringements and Irregularities made within Imopólis follow the provisions of the Internal Whistleblowing Policy and the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers (Law no. 93/2021, of 20 December), which transposes European Union Directive (EU) 2019/193 into Portuguese law.
