Parque Holanda is part of an office and warehouse park called Parque Holanda, located in Carnaxide, on the Outurela road, whose location is mainly due to the fact that it is in front of the SIC TV station.
The accesses are made through two entrances, and that of residents is equipped with an access control system by Via Verde, this technology being a pioneer in this type of projects, thus modernizing the complex.
